This Privacy Policy describes how Fatih ("the Game"), developed by Faruk Tutkus, collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Game. The Game is designed to run entirely on your mobile device and does not transmit personal data to external servers.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or payment details. The Game does not request or require user registration or login.
The Game stores data locally on your device using MMKV (Mobile MMKV key-value storage). The types of data stored locally may include, but are not limited to:
All data stored via MMKV remains on the user’s device and is not uploaded, backed up to a server, or otherwise transmitted off-device by the Game.
When you uninstall the Game from your device, the local data stored by the Game (including MMKV storage) will be removed according to the operating system’s app uninstall process. In normal circumstances, this means your locally stored game progress and settings are deleted when the app is uninstalled.
The Game does not integrate analytics, advertising networks, or third‑party SDKs that collect user data by default. If third‑party services are added in the future (for example analytics or ad networks), we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly inform users which services are used and what information they collect.
The Game is not intended for children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information within the Game, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove that information.
We take reasonable steps to protect the data stored on the device. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device (for example by setting a lock screen password) to help protect locally stored game data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect how we handle user data, we will update the Effective Date above and—where reasonably possible—notify users of the change (for example by showing an in‑game notice). Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
